5 Healthy Habits to Kickstart Your Spring Routine

Spring has sprung and it's time for the pre summer reset! Here is my top 5 list of habits to kickstart your routine for Spring!


1. Restart The Clock 

Sleep is so important. How many times have you gone to bed early, laid there FOREVER and can't fall asleep just to wake up and be tired and sluggish the next morning? same. The most important thing for me is regulating my sleep schedule. Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time every day! (weekends we can slack a little.) 
Restarting your internal clock will lead to better sleep and you will feel more rested and ready to be the most productive you!

2. Get Outside!

If I can get some Vitamin D in Rainvouver, y'all can too! We all aren't as lucky as those Californians (jealous) BUT we can get outside, get some fresh air and enjoy the sun. Open up the windows in your homes and let everything air out and get ready for some Spring cleaning!

3. Eat More Greens

Winter baking is done. In the colder months I always want to eat warm comfort food but the sun is back and so are fresh veggies! Get your greens in. I always try and make sure I have veggies with every meal (good rule of thumb is half your plate). Veggies are great for your skin, brain and over health so start chopping! (Caesars are considered veggies, right? right.)

4. H2O

There is water in coffee, right?.. Honestly, I am SO bad at remember to stay hydrated so let's make a pack to be better at drinking water! Hydration is key to digestion; clear skin and it helps my energy levels! DM me if you have cute water bottle recommendations. I find adding some lemon or fruit makes me more inclined to drink water, and it looks cute.
